Big Tex is the primary investigator with CLC. He is a former US Intelligence Community member with more than a decade of direct experience collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence to enhance operations. Taking on the persona of the State Fair icon known across Texas, he brings technical acumen and analytic rigor necessary to deliver high-confidence assessments to our campaigns.

Red Pegasus is an investigator that brings years of experience analyzing adversarial networks. A combat veteran trained in social networking techniques more commonly associated with anthropology, he brings the skill necessary to identify and link entities that rely on human trafficked labor. The iconic Dallas Pegasus symbol represents his committment to illuminating the hidden infrastructure of exploitation, illuminating networks that operate in the shadows and empowering communities to take informed action.

Moneypenny coordinates all of our campaigns and operations after more than a decade of experience at the Pentagon and a national intelligence agency. She manages all aspects of CLC activities and provides leadership, direction, and direct support. Her involvement with CLC is deeply personal, as people close to her were victims of human traffickers. Her firsthand connection drives relentless commitment to disrupting trafficking networks and supporting survivors with precision, empathy, and unwavering resolve.
